Basically Stealing?

I used the app while I was in China. Many words didnt come out right but it helped a lot. I used up all the (free) translation so I upgraded to premium to keep using it. Once I left China I deleted the app. I noticed in my iCloud and bank. That I am still being charged for a service that I deleted and no longer use. I downloaded the app again and checked to see if its a way to take it off. There is not. There is no button or way for you to take the premium off. FREE MONEY FOR THE APP DEVELOPERS AND A RIP OFF FOR REGULAR PEOPLE.
